Embracing Your Worth:

Stop buying into what others say you are.

Whom do you say you are?

Know who you are and whose you are!

You were beautifully and wonderfully made.

You often need to see your worth in the true sense of whom you were created to be. Instead, you focus on the things that are going wrong. You highlight items that may be small compared to the larger context of the larger fabric of your being. Knowing your worth comes from and with many, many layers. When you were created, you were given worth. When you were born, you were given a purpose and a destination. When you were children, you were given a journey. Your caregivers gave you worth, so much so that they delivered you to and shared you with the world, good, bad, or indifferent. You were born and put into a position to grow and mature in mind, body, and spirit. You were given worth, purpose, destiny, and a journey.

You go through growing pains. You go through growth spurts and stunts in your growth process. Sometimes, life feels stuck. Sometimes, you feel lost and feel the desperate urge to find yourself. Guess what? You were never lost, although it feels that way. You have always been right here, existing, ebbing, and flowing—low valleys, peaks, and somewhere between. Yes, sometimes you thrive, and sometimes you fail to thrive.

Embracing your worth is a journey, not a destination. It's about understanding that your worth is inherent, that you were beautifully and wonderfully made. It's about recognizing that your challenges and setbacks are part of your growth process, not a reflection of your worth.

So, take a moment to reflect on who you are and who you want to be. Recognize that your worth is not defined by external validation but by your self-awareness and self-acceptance. Embrace your journey, all of its ups and downs, too. Remember that you are worthy of love, respect, and success.

You are enough, just as you are.
